We complete property appraisals for a wide range of customers on all types of residential property including; single family, multi-family dwellings, country acreages, vacant land, redevelopment sites and condominiums.  We provide other services such as progress inspections, market rent analysis, consulting, assessment appeals and court testimony. 

Our Appraisers are accredited with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and hold the AACI designation; that is the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute designation, which is the highest designation in Canada.
